fex-utils software package provides web service for transferring very large files (utils), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fex-utils
fex-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fex-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fex-utils *
You will get with fex-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
